ROLE

  • Manage client relationships


  • Provide clients with excellent service and support


  • Lead, train, and manage other members of the team


  • Promote best processes to deliver projects on time and on budget


  • Track and report on the financial and timeline status of projects


  • Deal with any issues that may arise.


  • Negotiate with clients regarding change requests


  • Manage several accounts

REQUIREMENT

  • Proven experience as an account manager


  • Experience in sales and marketing


  • Excellent organizational skills


  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
